Invest in the Catch
Our share program
Peak Run’s share Program follows the same model as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Participants buy a 20, 40, or 60 pound share(s) of the upcoming season’s catch, and pick up your order of fresh-frozen wild sockeye salmon fillets when the shipment arrives to the Midwest in early September. Peak Run insists on delivering the best fish possible by hand-picking the finest fish in the boat, bleeding them, delivering quickly, and then ensuring that the fish are submerged in RSW refrigeration (standard in Bristol Bay) or iced at the point of delivery.
Becoming a Peak Run shareholder (CSF customer) helps our crew determine how much salmon will be needed for sale in Louisville and the Midwest. Catching, delivering, custom-processing, and shipping Peak Run salmon requires a lot of gear, planning, and other challenges that must be surpassed in order to be successful. Your membership enables our crew to be prepared and focused, and to fish with a purpose: to deliver perfect wild-caught salmon to you.
